The Myrtle Beach Villas II complex has a lazy river/pool* where you can effortlessly float for hours, unwind in one of two hot tubs, or watch your children plan in the nearby kiddie water playground while lounging poolside and soaking in the sun. Pool area is also fully visible from both of the condominium balconies.
The interior parking area has easy access to steps and elevator. June 1 to Sept 1 are weekly rentals only and require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. No daily housekeeping. Ask about terms for under 25.

We love staying here. The Unit is always clean! The owner Maggie communicates so well and once we are checked in the management company always .makes sure we have what we need! Excellent Host! We book this unit every chance we can. Perfect Location. Awesome Unit!!!!
Women of Joy Conference
We attended the Women of Joy conference this past weekend and all 11 ladies stayed in this condo! It was perfect for all of us. What a great way to sit around the big table and fellowship and discuss upcoming plans. We highly recommend using these condos for your next event, so much better than a hotel! Quick access to the beach too. Loved the lazy river.

My rating is really a 4.7. House was tremendous. 3 issues for our group (dinged 0.1 for each: 1. Hot tub luke warm 2. Need more beds (less kings) for larger group next year. 3. Can only park 4 cars - garage small for pickup trucks. Great place: location, patios, bathrooms, kitchen.
Great Golf Getaway
An awesome space for a group. Clean unit, in decent overall shape. Some of the furniture showing its age but comfortable. All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would do it again.
Reunion
Clean,spacious, and nice. Had a military reunion there and was impressed with the facility. Would stay there again.

We had a great great time the house was clean spacious and very close to the beach … Everything was very close …..

Valentine's Weekend 2023 with 6 couples! It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It felt like home so much we didn't even go out Saturday. We had so much fun! I would recommend this house to my friends.
Perfect 4 our softball family
This condo was absolutely perfect for my daughters’ softball team/families while playing at Grand Park. It was spacious enough so that everyone had their own space but close enough to enjoy team bonding and meals together. It was clean and response from the owners was superb. We have stayed here several times and plan to continue to do so.

We really enjoyed our stay. everything was like we thought it would be. we had plenty of room for 10 seniors. had a wonderful time. I would give a 5 star rating
Weather was up and down
Villa was so close to many attractions. Sadly they were not all open due to weather or time of season. Will surely stay there if in Myrtle Beach during a better time of year. 'Vacasa verified guest'
